Spin it coach

Majors has been working individually with QB’s and in Camps since 2010 and with Spin It since 2015. Before solely working with QB’s throughout the year Majors has been an Offensive Coordinator at the Collegiate Level, and a Head Coach at the High School Level.

In 2014 Majors was the Offensive Coordinator at Ottawa University, in that one season the Braves won a KCAC Conference Title and a berth in the MAIA Playoffs. That season, Majors coached several All-Conference players on Offense including two players that were on NFL rosters the next season. Majors was an assistant coach and offensive coordinator at NCAA Division II William Jewell College from 2010 to 2013. He helped navigate WJC football through conversion from NAIA to NCAA Division II. Majors coached WJC in the NCAA II Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) in 2012 and 2013. He had three players earn All-GLVC honors in the 16 team conference. Majors coached the 2012 GVLC Freshman Player of the Year and a BSN National Player of the Week. In 2010 WJC competed in the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC). During that time, Majors’ offense produced four All-HAAC performers.

Prior to coaching at WJC, Majors was the head football coach at Shawnee Mission North High School from 2005 to 2009. While at Shawnee Mission North, he was a two-time Kansas City Chiefs Coach of The Week award winner and helped 12 athletes move on to the collegiate level.

Before coaching at Shawnee Mission North, Majors spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at NCAA Division II Pittsburg State University (2003-2005). There he coached three All-Conference performers. Majors graduated from PSU in 2006 with his masters in educational leadership.

Majors graduated from Emporia State University in 2003 with his degree in secondary education. He was a quarterback for the Hornet football team from 1998 to 2002. Majors was a three-year captain for the Hornets.

Majors and is wife Liz have two children, a son Finn O’Ryan and a daughter Marek Dru.
